Sprites On The Loose

 

With the upcoming Hydran expansion, the Sprites are on the loose, and they’re running right through Jade Dynasty and into your heart. This adorable little creatures can follow you, help you gather items, and if needed, they can be a helping hand in battles. 

 

 

 

How do you obtain a Sprite?

In order to obtain a Sprite, you have to be married. Party up with your spouse and make sure that the male character is the party leader. Every Saturday, you’ll be able to go to Sunstream and talk to Zonchi, who’ll task you with a quick journey around Sunstream. Once you have a Lotus Nut, go to Mooly (by Tanis Ka, only on Realm 15) and teleport into Phoenix Tower (costs 100 Gold). Claim your Sprite by right-clicking your partner’s portrait and click Heavenly Sent. 

 

 

You and your spouse each obtain a Sprite (of a random gender) that can be summoned. The Sprite will either take on your faction, or your spouse’s faction and has the same base stats as you. Your Sprites powers are linked to its faction and can be boosted as you level up the Sprite. You can have more than one Sprite, but for this you will have to unlock more Sprite slots with Zodiac Guardian Plaques.
 

 

Now you have a Sprite, but what’s next? 

You can set your Sprite to follow you around and summon it in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Just like you, your Sprite gathers EXP when you slay enemies. 

 

 

You can spend Sprite EXP on a few Sprite-specific stats. Perception increases the speed in which a Sprite gains EXP. Divine Power increases Sprite’s combat attributes and unlocks Invigoration, as well as special training once Divine Power reaches 20. 

Your Sprite will also be getting Affection, which can be exchanged for useful items such as Wonderland Stones, Skytouch Jades and Dragon Muscle. Your Sprite gains Affection during Invigoration. Charm, another stat, increase the speed in which Affection is gained. 

 

 

Customize your Sprite by changing the Guardian Spirit of your Sprite! Choose which guardian keeps an eye on your little cute companion. (This is a cosmetic-only change.)

You can also acquire adorable fashion items and cool titles for your Sprite as well as equipment to make sure your Sprite is well prepared for any challenge in Jade Dynasty.
