Content and Environment

Achievements

  • Imperial Citadel
    • A bug that prevented the “Star Stabilizer” achievement from awarding correctly has been fixed.
    • The achievement “Don’t Drink the Water” now grants correctly even if players fail “Stay out of the Light”
    • Being the merciful potentate that he is, Emperor Xeleth has decreed that companions will henceforth be exempt from consideration for the achievements “Don’t Drink the Water” and fail “Stay out of the Light”

Adventures in Wildspace

  • Vocath's Base: The treasure chest that was cleverly hidden inside of an Invisible Wall of Force has been moved. For this folly, Vocath has banished the wizard who cast the spell to fight the arena.
  • Fixed the issue in the Arena of Blood where by standing in one particular spot would break the arena scripting.

 Day of the Dungeon Master

  • All players can now properly interact with the entrance to the Burrow Dawn Inn.

Future Events

  • The event “Dungeon Delvers Delights” has become possessive and renamed to “Dungeon Delvers' Delight” instead. Its functionality has not changed.
     

Combat and Powers

Classes: Rogue

Assassin Paragon

  • Dazing Strike (Encounter)
    • Magnitude increased 300 -> 350.
    • Stealth magnitude increased 450 -> 500.
    • We're hoping to make Dazing Strike a more useful opener and viable multi-target option for Assassins.

Whisperknife Paragon

  • Blitz (Encounter)
    • Magnitude increased 400 -> 450.
    • Blitz has been one of the more underutilized options in the Whisperknife's (vast) arsenal of multi-target powers, and we're trying to make it a bit more viable.
  • Shadow Disappearance (Encounter)
    • Magnitude pert hit decreased 325 -> 300.
    • Tooltip updated to indicate this encounter power has two hits.
    • This power has been a bit of a sleeper powerhouse, and while trying to make room for powers like Blitz, we wanted to insure we started making adjustments to other powers.
  • Shadowy Opportunity (Feat)
    • Magnitude decreased 150 -> 130.
    • We recently improved several shared Rogue multi-target powers, and while good for Assassins, we felt that this benefited Whisperknives more than we'd like. We've adjusted Shadow Opportunity downwards slightly accordingly.

Classes: Warlock

Soulweaver Paragon

  • Pillar of Power (Encounter)
    • Tooltip now correctly states the power triggers at your location.

Companions

  • Mage Slayer Companion
    • Revised and rebalanced as a single target DPS companion.
  • Paranoid Delusion Companion Balance Update (Part of Mirage Weapons Rebalance)
    • Paranoid Delusions have been rebalanced as single target companions.
    • Bard Paranoid Delusion power has been revised as per Mirage illusion revision.
  • Riotous Rothe Companion
    • Intimidating Bellow no longer stacks between players.
  • Spined Devil
    • Now properly triggers as long as the player is within 50' of the target.
    • Magnitude decreased 120 -> 100.
  • Vistani Wanderer
    • The damage from Gloaming Cut has been slightly increased.

Item Powers

  • Several occurrences of Divine Muse were incorrectly granting too much resource regeneration. These have been corrected to match the values given in their descriptions.
  • The Antiquated Drow Provoker's Cuirass power 'Survivor's Remedy' was providing a smaller bonus than it should have. Its triggers now correctly restore 8% hit points.

Mirage Weapons

  • Damage output of all illusions summoned by the Mirage Weapons has been rebalanced. All melee illusions perform roughly as well as the previous Barbarian illusions, while ranged illusions are slightly weaker.
  • Timing of some illusion powers has been revised to make their # of hits more consistent within their 10 second lifespan.
  • Mirage weapons now only spawn a single illusion, rather than 3. Damage has been rebalanced around this reduction.
  • All illusion attacks now hit a single target and cannot miss. Damage has been rebalanced around this change.
  • Bard illusion's power has been replaced entirely. It is now named 'Stab' and performs a single thrust.
     

Items and Economy

Items

  • Infernal Resonator
    • No longer goes into your backpack when unequipped from the potion tray.
    • If it's in your backpack, it can be moved to the Useful Items bag manually.

Reaper’s Challenge

  • Tymora's Lucky Coin can no longer be used in the Reaper's Challenge when the “No Consumables” modifier is active. This is because the buffs it grants act the same as consumable potions, and are already automatically removed from the player while in the challenge. This change is meant to prevent situations in which players use Tymora's Lucky Coin and get stuck with a 10 minute cooldown on the item tray slot without anything to show for it.
  • The original Owlbear Figurine can now properly be used in the Reaper's Challenge while the “No Consumables” modifier is active.

Reward Claims Agent

  • A bug where a player who was entitled to reclaim a Celestial Bloodstone from the Reward Claims Agent would sometimes be unable to do so has been fixed.

Wondrous Bazaar

  • Weapons of the Lost Horde can now be purchased for transmute purposes.
